How to use

  1. 1 Photograph your plate — lay it flat, shoot from directly above in good light so all four corners are visible.
  2. 2 Select your plate size and upload the photo. The app will auto-detect the plate boundary.
  3. 3 Adjust the corners — drag the green handles until they sit exactly on the plate edges, then confirm.
  4. 4 Mark the dirty spots — use the brush or polygon tool to mark any plastic residue. A 2mm margin is added automatically.
  5. 5 Generate & download the 3MF — open the file in your slicer. Each marked area appears as a separate object. Remove the reference frame before printing.
  6. 6 Print directly on the dirty plate — the cleanser objects stick to the residue as they print.
  7. 7 Let it cool and remove cleanser objects — the residue is removed with the cleanser objects. Repeat if necessary

Slicer tips

Use a 0.2 mm layer height - the cleanser objects are 0.6mm high -> three layers.

Raise bed & nozzle temperature by ~10 °C for better adhesion between plastic residue and cleanser object.

The 3MF includes a thin reference frame that positions the cleanser objects correctly — remove it in the slicer before printing.

Adjust Corners

Drag the green handles to align with the exact plate corners, then confirm.
